FRENCH LANGUAGE BOOK. Charles Trang and Pierre Tiquet have joined forces for the fourth time to publish a book about the 10th SS Panzer Division Frundsberg. Unlike the books published so far about this division, which mainly focused on the Battle of Normandy, this book covers the division's entire history in detail, from its formation in January 1943 to its dissolution in the cauldron of Spremberg in April 1945. To achieve this extraordinary result, extensive research was carried out and the amount of information gleaned from the thousands of pages of collected documents requires the creation of two volumes. The two volumes are illustrated with numerous unpublished photos and various documents, totalling more than 1200 photos and documents. This first volume covers the formation of the unit, its deployment in Galicia and the beginning of its operations on the Normandy front in 1944. It also contains biographies of the most important officers of the SS Division Frundsberg.
