French Language book. In contrast to other operations: Epsom, Windsor, Charnwood and Goodwood, the battles following the Normandy landings were complex. The 3rd Canadian Infantry Division suffered severe losses on the beaches before digging in next to the Caen-Bayeux railway line, the Oak Line. Later, the 12.SS-Panzer-Division and Panzer-Lehr-Division, widely delayed by Allied air forces, threw themselves into the battle, not knowing who they faced. The 7th Canadian Infantry Brigade held the western flank of the Canadian front, with the 50th British Infantry Division. The Germans wanted to force the Allies back to the sea, but the Canadians had to hold the Oak Line.

Priority orders are prioritised throughout the dispatch process, picked first and sent via RM24 Tracked. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times, but orders placed this way tend to arrive substantially quicker than standard.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Once items are placed in your basket, the website will calculate the delivery charge for your order, dependent on country, and any surcharges we would be charged within the UK at the point of despatch. This does not include any charges made in the country of delivery at the time of delivery. We aim to deliver your order within the delivery times stated, Europe 7-10 days, Worldwide, 15-20 days, these are provided as an indication only, we often find deliveries are much quicker than estimated.
