IONIC-1310 - Take your miniature painting to the highest level with this extra volume Premium Figure Masterclasses, the sixth and final volume of the Encyclopedia of Wargames. Designed as the perfect companion to Vol. 5, this premium edition expands on advanced painting techniques with a collection of in-depth masterclasses by expert painters. Through detailed step-by-step guides and high-quality full-colour photographs, you'll learn professional methods for achieving stunning results on your miniatures.
This publication explains, in detail, the most common techniques used for building and painting wargames scenery, including both simple, quick methods and more complex techniques inspired by the hyper-realistic dioramas created by scale modelers. As wargames can be of any theme—science fiction, fantasy, or historical, the varied articles within its pages cover all the most popular settings. This comprehensive volume begins with an overview of the materials and tools needed to make scenery, before moving on to detailed step-by-step guides showing specific elements from different themes, such as deserts, forests, or urban environments. Finally, you will learn how to build a wargaming tabletop from scratch, using either quick and effective methods or more elaborate techniques. The individual techniques shown are universally useful, regardless of theme, and can be applied to any topic to suit your needs.
