The theme of this volume is the iconic 8.8 cm anti-aircraft gun in its Flak 18, 36 and 37 variants. This is arguably the best-known gun of the Second World War, loved by its operators and feared by its enemies. In this first volume on the subject, we begin by describing the towed and stationary guns during their period of service, from the 1930s right through to the end of the Second World War in May 1945. Spanning a 304 pages, with 315 contemporary photographs and 170 images of the guns in various museums, as well as 129 drawings – both in black and white and in colour – by Laurent Lecocq, this well-known gun is presented in detail.

We dispatch using Royal Mail or a courier company, depending on the weight and value of your order. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes in the UK and abroad. UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Priority orders are prioritised throughout the dispatch process, picked first and sent via RM24 Tracked. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times, but orders placed this way tend to arrive substantially quicker than standard.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Once items are placed in your basket, the website will calculate the delivery charge for your order, dependent on country, and any surcharges we would be charged within the UK at the point of despatch. This does not include any charges made in the country of delivery at the time of delivery.
