French Language book: This book focuses entirely on the planning, capture and defence of the three bridges over the Albert Canal at Veldwezelt, Vroenhoven and Kanne (10 May 1940) by the Sturmabteilung Koch with several storm groups of German paratroopers. These battles for the bridges were eclipsed by the spectacular capture of the Belgian fortress of Eben-Emael and the Goebbels propaganda effects. The operation, carried out in a few hours, swept aside a defensive position which had been intended to delay an entire army for weeks. Contains over 600 photos, first-hand accounts and the complete list of those who took part (French update in 2017)

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Priority orders are prioritised throughout the dispatch process, picked first and sent via RM24 Tracked. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times, but orders placed this way tend to arrive substantially quicker than standard.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Once items are placed in your basket, the website will calculate the delivery charge for your order, dependent on country, and any surcharges we would be charged within the UK at the point of despatch. This does not include any charges made in the country of delivery at the time of delivery. We aim to deliver your order within the delivery times stated, Europe 7-10 days, Worldwide, 15-20 days, these are provided as an indication only, we often find deliveries are much quicker than estimated.
