This book tells the stories of WWII fighter pilots from Worcestershire. Typical of those from any county, these airmen flew a wide variety of aircraft & operations: Hurricanes, Spitfires, Defiants, Beaufighters, Typhoons, from the Battle of Britain and across North Africa to India. Packed with first-hand accounts and photographs from private collections, this is as much a showcase of amateur historical research as a tribute to these ÔFighter BoysÕ themselves
